Fully restored in 2019, the new and fresh Villa La Mauresque has everything you could wish for a holiday home at the Côte d’Azur. The private swimming pool in the garden and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea gives enough options for cooling down on hot days. The insulated villa walls and roof, combined with air conditioning, make the villa a very pleasant venue at night too. The living room, kitchen and connecting bedroom also have underfloor heating.

The airport of Nice, which has many flights daily, is just 17 kilometres (10 miles) away. Juan Les Pins train station is within walking distance from the property. Cap d’Antibes is also close by and easily reached by bicycle.

Maison La Mauresque and Villa des Pêcheurs are easily reached by car, train and plane. It is approximately 1350 kilometres from Utrecht by car. Our holiday homes are ideally located so all activities are within walking distance. A 10-minute walk will bring you to the lively town centre, with restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and bars. Some of your group might prefer to spend a day at the pool, while the daredevils among you go parasailing – all guests can go do their own thing without having to drive, as everything is within easy walking distance. This means freedom for everyone.

The seaside resort Juan les Pins is also known as the international capital of ‘the joy for life’ – with good reason. With the beach on one side and a lively town on the other, there truly is everything to entertain and amuse visitors of all ages: there are dozens of activities available on land, on the sea or in the air, such as golfing, carting, water skiing, sailing and paragliding. With Antibes and Nice so closeby, lovers of culture are spoilt for choice. The region is home to several museums, from classical art, a perfumerie museum to an exhibition of the top cars of Monaco. The stunning Grimaldi Castle in Antibes is also definitely worth a visit. Picasso once used one of the rooms there as his own atelier for several months, and all of his works from that time are still in the castle. This now world-famous museum is also home to works from many modern artists, including Léger, Atlan, Magnelli and more.
