Maison des Pêcheurs is a spacious bungalow that we lovingly refer to as the fisherman’s cottage. The bungalow was fully restored and redecorated in 2019. Surrounded by a large garden, there’s plenty of sun – or shade – available. In addition, a beautiful pine tree on the property even provides natural cooling without the need for air conditioning. Inside, the insulated walls and roof ensure the temperature is always pleasant. The living room, kitchen and connecting bedroom also have underfloor heating.

The accommodation, which measures approximately 100 m2, has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 8 to 10 guests. The house is fitted with every modern convenience, so you have the option to do some ‘home’ cooking for your group if you wish. Would you rather eat out? The town of Juan les Pins has many restaurants and bars and is just a 5-minute walk away. Guests are free to go wherever they like, both during the day and in the evening, because the short distances mean that a car is simply not necessary.

Reachability
Maison La Mauresque and Villa des Pêcheurs are easily reached by car, train and plane. It is approximately 1350 kilometres from Utrecht by car. Our holiday homes are ideally located so all activities are within walking distance. A 10-minute walk will bring you to the lively town centre, with restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and bars. Some of your group might prefer to spend a day at the pool, while the daredevils among you go parasailing – all guests can go do their own thing without having to drive, as everything is within easy walking distance. This means freedom for everyone.

Juan les Pins
The seaside resort Juan les Pins is also known as the international capital of ‘the joy for life’ – with good reason. With the beach on one side and a lively town on the other, there truly is everything to entertain and amuse visitors of all ages: there are dozens of activities available on land, on the sea or in the air, such as golfing, carting, water skiing, sailing and paragliding. Cultuur
With Antibes and Nice so closeby, lovers of culture are spoilt for choice. The region is home to several museums, from classical art, a perfumerie museum to an exhibition of the top cars of Monaco. The stunning Grimaldi Castle in Antibes is also definitely worth a visit. Picasso once used one of the rooms there as his own atelier for several months, and all of his works from that time are still in the castle. This now world-famous museum is also home to works from many modern artists, including Léger, Atlan, Magnelli and more.
